Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged or the size is not correct. If you need to make an exchange, you may bring it to our camp store or contact us firstname.lastname@example.org

Refunds are issued within 30 days of return and go back to the original payment method.
Refunds may not be granted if item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please allow 30 days for your refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement. Contact email@example.com if you are missing a refund.
